Hydrotherapy provides a warm‑water, supportive environment that helps improve mobility, strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing. Sessions are delivered by a qualified physiotherapist/hydrotherapist, ensuring every child receives safe, tailored, and goal‑focused support.
Hydrotherapy uses the natural properties of water — buoyancy, resistance, and warmth — to reduce pain, support movement, and build functional ability. It is suitable for a wide range of needs, including neurological conditions, musculoskeletal issues, developmental challenges, and confidence building in the water.
